Landa Spine and Orthopedic Center Adds Two New Office Locations

Landa Spine & Orthopedic Center is excited to announce the opening of two new locations in Englewood and Old Bridge. The new clinics are located at:

  • Health East Medical Center, 54 S. Dean Street, Englewood, NJ, 07631
  • Old Bridge Professional Plaza, 200 Perrine Road, Suite 220, Old Bridge, NJ, 08857

The new clinics will replace previous locations: Surgicare at 630 E. Palisade Ave in Englewood Cliffs and Suite 333 in the Old Bridge Professional Plaza, at 300 Perrine Road in Old Bridge. These two locations join Landa’s existing clinics in Union, Jersey City, Freehold, Paterson, and Elizabeth. Now, patients have even more options when it comes to choosing the most convenient care:

  • Cervical/neck. Landa diagnoses and treats a wide range of neck conditions, including cervical degenerative disc disease, cervical slipped disc, and cervical spinal stenosis with procedures such as anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, endoscopic anterior discectomy, and endoscopic rhizotomy.
  • Thoracic/mid-back. This region is vulnerable to conditions such as degenerative disc disease, thoracic facet syndrome, and herniated discs; Landa addresses these issues with procedures such as endoscopic discectomy, endoscopic rhizotomy, and spinal cord stimulator.
  • Lumbar/lower back. The lower back can experience a wide range of issues such as lumbar degenerative joint disease, muscle spasm, lumbar radiculopathy, and lumbar stenosis; Landa offers modern treatments including laminectomy, microdiscectomy, and X-LIF Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion.
  • From clavicle fractures to pectoralis tears; from rotator cuff injuries to shoulder dislocations, Landa offers a variety of treatments for should injuries, such as arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, fracture bracing, and shoulder arthroscopic surgery.
  • The knee is another commonly injured area of the body, with issues such as ACL injuries, cartilage injuries, bursitis, tendinitis, and meniscus tears. Patients can receive joint injections and aspirations, cartilage restoration, meniscus surgery and repair, and other procedures designed to address knee injuries and conditions effectively.

These are just some of the services Landa Spine & Orthopedic Center offers; other areas of the body treated include the elbow, hand and wrist, hip, and sacroiliac regions. The human body contains hundreds of bones and joints, and if just one of them malfunctions in some way, it can lead to significant pain and be a hindrance to your regular daily life. Here are some signs you may need to contact Landa Spine & Orthopedic Center.

  • You are experiencing chronic pain. Any pain that lasts longer than 12 weeks is considered chronic pain. A few days of discomfort is a common problem, but several weeks or months of it warrants medical attention.
  • You struggle to perform everyday activities. Especially in older people, bone and joint pain is common. However, it should not keep you from your everyday routine. If simple tasks, such as walking or dressing, have become too difficult, see an orthopedic doctor.
  • You have sustained a soft tissue injury that has not improved in 48 hours. If you have recently suffered a soft tissue injury, such as a twisted knee or sprained ankle, and the pain and swelling have not improved at all after 48 hours of rest, ice, compression, and elevation, see a doctor as soon as possible.

Landa Spine & Orthopedic Center offers assessments and treatments for these and many other issues with mobility, stability, and strength, and are now proud to offer their services in more locations than ever. If you live in New Jersey and need orthopedic care, don’t hesitate to call (201) 365-2094 to schedule an appointment at the location most convenient to you.
